EEC and Karen Ball offer biannual trips to Europe to purchase horses. Karen is the Official American Contact for the Holsteiner Verband.

Our trips are scheduled around the Spring and Fall Auctions at the Holsteiner Verband. Every trip is contoured to each clients specific needs and interests. Trips include VIP treatment at the Holsteiner Verband Auction, as well as tours and horse viewings at many other facilities in Germany and Denmark. Trips range from one week to two weeks in length. Our next trip is scheduled for *approximately* October 24th-November 1st, 2011.

Cassiato ~

Holsteiner Cassiato successfully competed through Third Level Dressage with Karen Ball before Harley Brown and the Oak Group Syndicate bought him and he began his Show Jumping Career. Today, Harley and Cassiato are currently competing Grand Prix.

Luciano ~

Holsteiner Luciano was purchased as a four year old Carriage horse and was brought along through the levels by Karen Ball. The pair grew from Training Level all the way to Grand Prix. Together they experienced many successes and Championships. At 17 now, Luciano is retired from the Grand Prix and enjoys his career as a Young Rider horse. Luciano has taught two young riders, one who took him to the NAJYRC and received Team Gold on him.

Lopaca ~

Lopaca is a 11 year Holsteiner by Lorentin. He and his owner Emily Tears of Coto de Caza, CA have been a pair since he was 4. Together they have risen through the levels and are currently competing I1.

Milton ~

Danish Warmblood Milton is currently owned by The Drysch Family. He and his partner Maggie are currently competing in Hunters and Equitation at the 3'6" level. Before his jumping career he competed up to Third Level with Karen Ball.

Coretto ~

Holsteiner Coretto competed successfully in both Dressage and Jumping during his time at EEC. Coretto now lives in Utah and does Jumpers with his new young rider.

Clifford ~

Clifford is a Holsteiner who was imported at age 4 for Kim Lewis of Coto de Caza, CA. Clifford has successfully competed in Dressage, however now he shows in the Equitation with a young rider.

Louvre ~

Louvre is a 10 year old gelding by Lorentin. Louvre has shown very successfully up to Second lLevel dressage with many scores above 70%. He also spent a year as a Hunter and Equitation horse with great success. He and his owner Tobi Coate are currently showing together at 2nd Level.

Chantico ~

Chantico is a 6 year old Holsteiner by Contender. Chantico has competed in dressage up to Second Level, but truly excels over the fences. He is pictured here in his second 6 year old 1.20M class ever, where he placed 5th with rider Mandy Porter.

Cheyenne ~

Cheyenne is a 8 year old Holsteiner by Contender, owned by Debbie Martin of Dana Point, CA. Cheyenne has competed up to Second Level with many scores over 70%. Now he and his owner are competing together in the Amateur divisions.
